BuildPatchTool, Access denied Windows 10

Hello

I am having an issue with the BuildPatchTool… and whilst I have found a couple of other people reporting issues, I have not found a solution.

I am trying to build using the tool but get the message, “This app can’t run on your PC”… and then an error stating “Access denied”…

I have checked and rechecked the details passed to the tool, but still no joy.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

This also happened to me, and I already thought that it was Windows or PC, but still the problem was writing the same code in the command line. Check that all the ID`s are correct, the path is correct, extraneous signs, such as <>, are deleted. Then everything should work.

It happened to me; I deleted the BuildPatchTool folder and extracted a new one. Good as new.
