Building Project from Unreal Linux Zip Not Working

I downloaded 5.4.2 Linux zip and unzipped it, then tried to run the commands below on a simple dummy project, but I ran into errors. Any thoughts on what could be causing the error or how to fix it?

sudo ./Engine/Build/BatchFiles/Linux/Build.sh Development Linux -project="/home/Brian/UnrealProjects/testing123/Dummy_Dev_Project/Dummy_Dev_Project.uproject" -TargetType=Editor

Setting up bundled DotNet SDK

Running command : dotnet Engine/Binaries/DotNET/UnrealBuildTool/UnrealBuildTool.dll Development Linux -project=/home/Brian/UnrealProjects/testing123/Dummy_Dev_Project/Dummy_Dev_Project.uproject -TargetType=Editor
