Building lighting 4.26.2 freezes editor

I figured out what was happening with lots of digging.
The main reason this was happening it was because the engine was not compiling shaders, so it froze the editor at the time of building lighting but it was not telling me that or showing that it was not compiling in the logs.

I noticed because I imported a metahuman and it was not compiling shaders so my solution was.
I had to install Visual Studio 2017 and install Incredibuild and after I restarted the pc, it started compiling shaders and building lighting again. Everything went to normal. BTW you need to go to the website and get a free license from the Incredibuild website.
