Building for an iPhone from Windows - Mac hardware question

Hi everyone.

I have a game i developed for Android and Windows. I want to publish it for iPhone as well. To be honest i haven’t used Apple much so am a bit lost as far as the requirements go. I suppose something like iPhone 11 or higher is something i would get to test the game.

My question however is, as i understand, the build portion i can do on my windows machine and i just need a Mac to publish the app on their store am i correct? (i developed the game completely in blueprint)

In this case, would any Mac do? I’m asking because for example a Mac Book Pro from 2015 and one from 2017 have almost double the price range.

Based on my research, i am guessing i will need something from early 2017 to run Xcode related software for version 14.1 (the one Apple currently wants you to use.)?

So my question is, what Mac would actually do the job without breaking the bank (something used) or what supported software should i look for in one to do the job?

PS: My development is done on Unreal 4.27
