Last week (I believe on Monday), we uploaded a new build to the Artifacts section and pushed it to Staging. Since then, the status has been stuck at “In Review” with no updates.
Can someone please tell us what we should do since Support Tickets are also not being answered?
Planning promotions around game updates is completely impossible due to the painfully slow review process!

I understand that you have a new build that is currently in review. Our service-level agreement for reviewing builds is 2-3 days; however, the Epic Games Offices are closed from June 30th to July 14th, 2025, which may cause some delays.
After reviewing this issue, the best course of action is for you to Create a Private Discussion so we can investigate further.
You can open a case with us using this link to create a Private Discussion. Make sure to set the topic to Epic Games Store, fill out the ticket, and then we can investigate this further!
Additionally, please specify in your case which product is currently pending review so we can look into this right away.
