I use the Project Launcher to package, and the result is Launching UAT failed. How to solve this problem

Please check your Output Log to check why this is happening. You can also show your Output Log on: Window > Developer Tools > Output Log

You’ll see so many informations there, search for the RED ones. These are the motives for your package fail
