Build freezes at building textures at 43%

I’ve not been able to build my main level for weeks now because it always freezes building textures at 43%. It seems to be stuck at light maps. I tried enabling virtual textures and it still has the same results. It seems my GPU is overtaxed, what can I do to reduce its load?

How many light need to be rebuild?

Compressed Lightmaps was disabled in World Settings. I don’t know how that happened, as I did not intentionally change anything in the World Settings. Enabling it solved this issue.
