There have been many posts this week asking about building for iOS/OSX in UE4.
It is Apple’s rules that you must compile on an Apple device. You can develop the whole game on Window’s but an Apple needs to build xcode.
Oka, just you pay for a dedicated server with Mac and I could compile my game. But steam does not work me.
I found several links that UE4 have problems on Mac with steam. You know anything about this?

The link you shared is describing an overlay problem, but they are running on Steam, just not the overlay. It looks like you are not running.
Are you sure that the server you are building on is actually a Mac, and not a PC with OSX on it? Have you tried with a local Mac, like a MacMini or something cheap?
Everything works fine, but steam does not work.
These are the files where I should add the lib of steam and app_id.
FWIW, in the last game jam, my team saw this. We were able to use the steam to find and connect to games from Windows builds of the app, but not from Mac builds.
