Build failed when building c++ project with 3rd party plugins. (OSX)

I have tried changing the build scheme etc. Basically I’m trying to install the Open Street Map Plugin available here GitHub - ue4plugins/StreetMap: Import OpenStreetMap data into Unreal Engine 4 maybe I’am doing it wrong? For adding the plugin in the plugins folder I first tried adding a third party plugin from the editor then placing the StreetMap folder inside that, then I tried creating my own Plugins folder in another project. Build always fails, and if opened from epic games launcher UE4 prints the following message “The following modules are missing or built with a different engine version: UE4Editor-StreetMapRuntime.dylib UE4Editor-StreetMapImporting.dylib would you like to rebuild them now?” If I click yes a progress bar comes up but eventually comes up with the message “CityCPP (Project Name) could not be compiled. Try rebuilding them from source manually.” I try this and I come up with more error messages. Here are those:

Btw I am using engine version 4.11.2

If you read the log, it tells you what’s going wrong. You’re trying to provide either too many or too few arguments to a TArray somewhere (in a few places by the looks of it)
