[BUG] World Settings Occupies Details panel

Description
If object is selected in viewport and world settings is selected in the top action panel, the object in the world is deselected.

Repro Steps
Select an actor in a map and examine the details tab. Select World Properties on the Toolbar.

Results
Notice the selected actor in the map has become deselected and World Properties information replaces the information in the Details tab.

I do not consider World Settings to be an Actor so it should have an option to be an independant dockable tab

Thanks for your feedback. We implemented your suggestion and broke out the World Settings into their own tab, so they no longer interfere with your active Actor selection. I’ll try to squeeze this into the next Rocket Beta release. Have a great week!
