Apparently this is an issue for all ue5 versions because im using 5.4 and its still prevalent. Maybe they changed the way depth fade is handled in ue5 because if u use it out of the box in pp materials it will give u this camera glitch, instead use this function called ‘CameraDepthFade’ which solved my problem. and for the jittering edges change the blendable location to scene color after DOF. works wonders for me
