Bug when spawning Actor from foliage location

I am trying to spawn a tree actor at the loaction of a tree foliage. I am doing the same with stone and with that it is working. I dont know why, but I always have that little bug, where you can see, that the spawned tree actor is a little bit off the position it should be and a little stuttering. I have absolutely no idea where this is coming from. When I place the tree actor in the editor, there is no such bug when the tree is falling, but when its spawned from the foliage there is such a bug. In the video you can see that pretty good. The errors I am getting there are related to something else, so dont worry about them.
