Bug w/ hover mouse cursor in blueprints

Not sure how this made it through QA, perhaps it was intentional, but I prefer the old way!

Reproduce: Hover mouse over a pin with an attached wire in any blue print. Press Control key.

Results: Mouse cursor doesn’t change. Press Control key and it still doesn’t change.

Expected results: In V4.14.3 if you hover over a pin, the cursor would change to a crosshair. If you pressed Control, it turned into a little hand to let you know you would grab and drag the wire(s) to move them.
