In 4.5’s mobile preview and the editor, the HUD(HealthBar) can render properly right above the actor, but in real mobile devices(i test an android and ipad air),it cannot.I think the bug has something to do with the “project” node in the HUD blueprint on real mobile devices. Here are the screenshots(The upper one is from my ipad air,and the lower one is from the mobile preview and the last one is my hud blueprint).Thank you!
Howdy ,
Thank you for reporting this issue. Would you be able to provide a step by step way that i may be able to reproduce this issue? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and have a great day!
in the hud blueprint after the event receive draw hud,i just get all the instances of my enemy class and cast it to my enemy blueprint, then get the health of the enemy instance and update the material on the screen like the screenshot above.I think the PROJECT node has caused the issue.Mabe it is not fully supported on mobile since the screen position it projects is not the same as that on pc(the healthbar is not drawn right above the enemy).THANKS
PS the healthbar material is used from the content example:hud level.and i use ue4.5.0
Any information available?Thanks!
Hey ,
I have attempted to recreate the issue and have still been unsuccessful. Is there a way that you can send me a sample project so that i may be able to see the issue? If you did not wish to share the information here, you can always send me the file via a private message on the forums. Here is a link to my page: https://forums.unrealengine.com/member.php?4890-Sean-Gribbin
