#BUG# Scaling Meshes does not scale LOD's/Billboards

This happens both on single/solo meshes as well as painting instances using the FoliageTool.
Simply put it seems to work fine on Unreal 4.26 but it does not work on Unreal 5.

*Here we can see that near the back the Billboards do not scale accordingly to the mesh.
