Your bug reporting form is broken.
I’ve tried submitting 5 times. If there’s an attachment, it won’t submit. The recaptcha fails 70% of the time, and finally, when I figured out the attachment was the issue and got the recaptcha to work, it just got stuck pinwheeling and never actually gave confirmation of the submission. Tried in Chrome, Edge, and IE 11. None worked.
