Reproduce Step:
1.Make a level called test1
2.Make a Widget Blueprint named WBP_Test,add some text to display something.
3.Make a Actor Blueprint named BP_Display, add a new widget component, in widget component’s details panel->WidgetClass, designate step1’s widget blueprint
4.Put BP_Display in level test1
5.Make a new level called test2, in levelBP at EventBeginPlay use openlevel to open level test1, simply click play at level test2, wait it transfer to level test1
6.Open WBP_Test’s blueprint editor, in the Debug Filter, there are two instance of WBP_Test, i thought it’s a bug! There should only be one instance of WBP_Test.
7.ReOpen level test1, click play, observe the WBP_Test’s blueprint editor, there is only one instance of WBP_Test which is the correct behavior!
Hey ,
I was not able to reproduce the issue. After completing all of the steps, I concluded in Test1 (1 instance of of WBP_Test exist) and in Test2 (No instance of WBP_Test exist). I completed this in 4.17.1. If there is anyway for you to attach a few images of your setup showing the issue that’d be great. Let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.
Sincerely,
