Bug report: Guard device not working properly

To anyone using NPCs in this way.. you might want to know about this other bug.. it totally broke my simulation.. give it a vote if you don’t mind.. it’s almost 6 months old..

Guards are not responding to patrol paths or navigating the map depending on player distance from spawner.

Summary The guards are not navigating the map or patrol paths like they did before update to 36.0 or possibly 36.10.
