I used a time line to set size to 0, somehow it got set to -0.0009 or something. It Sets size of a cube to 0 then i disabled collision. When i click button to resize object to full size, it becomes full size, but box no longer has collision.
After an hour or so I solved this by setting size to .001 instead of 0 and now it works perfect.

I was able to reproduce this on my end and have entered a bug report, UE-19230, to be assessed by development staff.
