To launch as a listen server, it should be " -game" not “-server”

Thanks for pointing this out. I have entered the following bug report to have this corrected: [UEDOC-2964]. Once the correction has been made, we will update this post. Be advised it may take a while to see the change because we publish a lot of changes all at once periodically vs a few at a time.
