Hi @ArchCro, this is sometimes happening, but there are not 100% reprojection steps found. Do you have exact repro steps for that (like, are you able to provide it for the fresh created project intentionally)?
How have you set the region after the first ortho creation? Have you moved just one side of it?
Can you try use Set Region Automatically and then set is as you need?
Also, can you try to use the Apply button in the Ortho Projection Tool?

If I create new reconstruction region (SET RECONSTRUCTION REGION), then there is no problem. But, If I edit existing Ortho Projection reconstruction region, than problem occurs.

Is it happening every time? I was trying to reproduce, but I wasn’t successful.
Not every time, but often.
I will fill it as a bug, but without the repro steps it will be harder to find the solution for that.
