At the moment only meshes attached to spline control points are being rendered on mobile, not meshes attached to segments. Although collision and shadows work for them.

Also, What mobile device is this issue occurring on and what OS is that device on? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

The issue occurs both in the mobile preview on my PC and on my tablet “Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro SM-T9000” which runs on Android 4.4.2.

I have been able to reproduce the issue that you have been running into with materials on splines. I have looked into our Bug Database and noticed that TTP# 343204 has been previously entered. That issue is a mirror image of what you have been running into. For the time being, I am going to close this issue, but I will be sure to update you as soon as I hear anything about the issue.
