Island: Forbidden Island Zonewars Island Code: 5694-4991-7774
I am writing this because I have now had my map and campaigns disrupted multiple times by Epic’s moderation system making incorrect decisions, and I need this escalated.
What happened today: I was running a paid sponsored row campaign. My map had reached #7 in the Zone Wars discovery tab and #7 in Most Engaging with 400 concurrent players — the best performance this map has ever had. Mid-campaign, without any warning, notification, or explanation, my map was removed from all discovery tabs. The campaign continued spending my budget but players could no longer find the map organically. I lost my tab placement, my CCU dropped, and the campaign money was effectively wasted during the period my map was hidden.
History of moderation issues with this map:

My thumbnail was rejected twice for “nudity” — the image is a fully clothed man in a suit holding a gold gun in front of a tropical island. Zero nudity.

The same image was approved on the third submission with no changes made

A previous campaign was cancelled mid-run due to a false thumbnail rejection

In-game screenshots were rejected for “sexuality” — one showed a swimming pool, another showed a tropical mansion exterior. No people, no suggestive content whatsoever.

Every single rejection has been a false positive from what is clearly an automated system with no human review
The impact: I have spent over $600 on campaigns that have been repeatedly disrupted by incorrect automated moderation decisions. Each disruption costs real money, destroys momentum built through genuine player engagement, and punishes creators who are doing everything right.
What I am asking for:

An explanation of why my map was removed from discovery tabs mid-campaign today

Compensation or campaign credit for the budget spent while my map was incorrectly hidden

A manual whitelist or review flag on my island so a human reviews moderation decisions before they are applied

Clearer communication — if a map is going to be removed from discovery, creators should receive an immediate notification explaining why
I understand moderation at scale is difficult. But repeatedly false-flagging clean content and removing maps mid-campaign without warning is not acceptable. This system is actively punishing creators who are investing in the platform.
