[bug] Enable Window Animations in 4.3

Hi!
I recently discovered this bug in Unreal Engine 4.3. If you check the “Enable Window Animations” check box in the Editor Preferences window it causes all the context menus in the editor to disappear. When you click on the button or right click anywhere in the editor no context menu will pop up
