Bug download last UE4.25.3

Hi,
I have a problem, I can’t download the last Unreal Engine but he said it’s write “No installed” and he don’t show me where I can download ?

On the top of your page you have “Library”. Click on it, then new page will open. Then find text “Engine Version” and yellow plus beside it. Click on it, and follow steps to install Unreal Engine

You don’t understand. I know the Engine Version in “Yellow” and he don’t give me the steps… I wait during 1 hour and nothing…

I don’t know where I can give you my video but the video point out my problem .

In the video, I’m showing when I click on the text “Engine Version” (hight and right) and click yellow plus beside it…
but nothing !

I restart my computer yesterday and today and I wait during 1 hours but nothing .

You are doing it wrong :). Click on marked places in the images bellow and install the engine
