I see on the page it has the same broken link for some reason, however, the page itself describes how to create an Aim Offset from start to finish. I think the old link pointed to an Aim Offset created in a previous version of the Engine so some of the steps were outdated and so the page was removed.

But in case I’m missing something, please describe in detail what you are looking for and I’ll try and provide the appropriate link.
