[Bug] Create Destructible Tooltip/Action Mismatch

The tool-tip for “Create Destructible Mesh” on static meshes, claims it will create the destructible and open it in the destruction editor. However it only creates the destructible and does not open it for editing.

I expected it would open it in the editor after creating it, I thought something else had gone wrong when I saw no noticeable change in my contents window (the new file ended up out of view), so I actually thought the operation was broken at first.

[Suggestion] It might also make sense to shift focus to the newly created object as well.
