What can I do to fix this and is there a way to fix this without redownloading the launcher and all the engine versions?

I’m sorry but this forum is for community discussion about the Unreal Engine. Official support is not provided here in any format (forums are too chaotic and impossible to track), but additionally the Launcher is an entirely separate product from the Engine. Our Launcher support team does not operate here.
