“Collapse Node” option in materials stacks collapsing states.
This was possible in 5.3 binary.
To reproduce:
- Create a constant node by left-mouse-clicking and pressing 1 on the keyboard on an empty space in the material graph. Give it an arbitrary value.
- Right-click on it and select “Collapse Nodes”.
- When you select “Expand Node”, the collapsed node will expand.
- Repeat step 2 a couple of times in a row. (Even if a node is collapsed, this option will always be visible).
- When you select “Expand Node”, the collapsed node will NOT expand. In fact, the collapsed state as been stacked until you re-select “Expand Node” the same number of times you used “Collapse Nodes”.
