[Bug] Can't move comments inside other comments

Hey
I found out that comments are no longer movable whenever they are inside other comment.
It 100% worked in earlier releases, but in 4.6.1 it’s seems to be broken!

Thank you for your report. This is a known issue under bug report UE-3724 and has been confirmed fixed within a previous internal build. I don’t have a timeframe of when it will be made publicly available (it doesn’t look like it will be in 4.7 but potentially in 4.8) so keep an eye out for updates in our announcements and releases section!
