I found out that comments are no longer movable whenever they are inside other comment.
It 100% worked in earlier releases, but in 4.6.1 it’s seems to be broken!

Thank you for your report. This is a known issue under bug report UE-3724 and has been confirmed fixed within a previous internal build. I don’t have a timeframe of when it will be made publicly available (it doesn’t look like it will be in 4.7 but potentially in 4.8) so keep an eye out for updates in our announcements and releases section!
Still in 5.02, Is there a fix yet?
Happening at times in 5.3. Sometimes it can be fixed by closing and opening the window, sometimes node refresh, sometimes it can’t be fixed.
I believe this is caused by the comment being “behind” another comment, which prevents you from manipulating it. There’s no way I know of to force a comment to be on top of another, so it’s down to luck if you get your new comment to show on top of your previously existing one.

Node refresh helped me! I used “refresh all nodes” in the file menu and it worked. Thanks!
