Hi,
I met this strange behavior today when I was working on a simple Matinee and Camera combination. It looks like the Camera Actor ignore the FOV given in its properties or via the Matinee track. In editor and PIE I have a FOV of 55 degrees, while In-Game (standalone) I get a FOV or 90.
Build info :
- Version : 1711197
- Install path : C:\Rocket
Specs :
- OS : Windows 7 x64
- RAM : 16 GB
- Graphic Card : GTX 660 (drivers 314.21)
-Description : The camera actor doesn’t follow the FOV given when the game is launched as standalone.
-Redo step : Create a camera actor looking at something, give it a FOV of 50. Create a Matinee actor and add a new camera group and a new director group. Add you camera to the director group. Setup the level blueprint to start the Matinee on Spawn.
-Results : The FOV is at 55 in editor and in play in editor, the FOV is at 90 when in game (standalone).
-Expected : The in-game FOV (standalone) should be at the correct value (here in my example it’s 55).
