i noticed something weird in my 4.12.5 android client, when it’d press a umg button, it would retain the style for pressing/down and wouldnt not return to the up style.
i then just tested it and held the button down, slid my finger outside of the bounds of the box and lifted my finger, and it returned to proper state
I was able to reproduce this issue on our end. I have written up a report (UE-33031) and I have submitted it to the developers for further consideration. I will provide updates with any pertinent information as it becomes available. Thank you for your time and information.
UE-33031 is affecting one of our UE 4.16 projects. It’s marked as fixed in later versions. Would it be possible to get the specific change that fixed this bug? I’ve checked the github history and found https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine/commit/37a47c18d0f610aadfcc0ef3fbe2ed17e0386f43?w=1 which seems to incorporate changelist 3170522 with a fix, but I have no idea what it was and I’m also a bit confused by the fact that the commit message also mentions changelist 3203009 which apparently reverts the fix.
If you could provide me with information about the specific patch that fixed this issue, I’d appreciate it a lot. Failing that, is there a workaround? Thanks in advance.
