Yes, I checked ‘Simplify the model to fit Sketchfab limits’ checkbox.

thank you for your bug report.
Unfortunately this happens sometimes and we weren’t able to locate source of the problem.
When model is uploaded, application waits for the response from Sketchfab. In this response should be information if upload was successful or not. So the application didn’t get the response, but your model was probably uploaded successfully - just go to check your models on Sketchfab.
I got also few questions:
Does this happen to you regularly?
Did you try to upload you model again (and did it work)?
Do you have stable internet connection?
