Hi,

 

I’m trying to import an E57 point cloud file from Recap and I always get Operation failed 0x5071/0x5070.

I have imported several E57 files and never had any issues before.

Hello Ricardo,

there is a problem on our side that RC cannot read the metadata properly when there are some special characters. Please try to change the name of your scans from Loulé to Loule. After I changed it, RC could import the scans properly.
