Budget (750$) focused ue4 build

Hi i’am still learning ue and i’am making slow transition from udk to ue4.
Unfortunatly my pc can’t handle ue4 (other than worst graphic) and gets very offen frezze.
I can’t spend to much on my pc even 800$ is very hard to menage and here parts cost 10% more than for example parts that can be found on computeruniverse or newegg.
So here is config i was thinking off:
CPU:
Amd fx 8320 will use it without oc untill i get proper cooler.
GPU:
Eather radeon 270x or gtx 960. There is small chance but very small i can get 280x but would have to cut on cpu for that and then maybe bottleneck?
Mobo:
ASROCK 990FX EXTREME3 if gtx just in case i can sli i future or ASROCK 970 PRO3 if with 270x
PSU:
COOLERMASTER B600
Ram:
Any 2x4 1600MHz
Hdd:
1000gb cheapest one
Case would like silent case but will most likely pick chipest case in store haha.

Btw would fx 6300 and gtx 970/280x maybe work better than fx 8320 and 960/270x for development

Yes, go for the best GPU you can…! Plus I’d actually highly recommend 16GB of RAM, DDR3 is pretty cheap comparatively…

Here is my rig: http://www.game-debate.com/gaming-pc/index.php?r_id=511262&cpu=APU%20A10-7850K%20Quad-Core&gpu=GeForce%20GTX%20960%20EVGA%20SuperSC%20ACX%202.0+%202GB%20Edition&ram=16GB

It works great, but I need 24-32GB of RAM, and my processor could have an upgrade.

thank you very much. so basicly gpu>cpu but what is minimum cpu i sould not go below?

I think that my CPU is probably the minimum. AMD’s best CPU should work I’d imagine.

Definitely upgrade your CPU
