BSP Geometry

So after watching the tutorials. Whats the point of BSPs again? Is it just for prototyping, or can we somehow export them out and unwrap them in say, Blender?
Never used UDK3 before so I’m pretty new to all of this.

Basically the bsp brush is here to create **simple **blocking meshes for your level. Yes, you can easily export them - click onto the bsp - in the properties you can find a arrow - open it and choose create static mesh

We use BSP for prototyping a map. Just the basic outline of the level – anything that’s important for gameplay. When we’re happy with the map gameplay, we start decorating the map, and most BSP gets replaced by static meshes.

Thanks for your yalls input!
