Brushes in sublevels do not respect level streaming Position

This was a problem in previous versions.

Recreation steps:

  • Create new Level Parent
  • Add new Sub-Level Child
  • Add brush to Child
  • Add new mesh to Child
  • Open Level Details
  • Change the position and/or the yaw of the Child Level.
  • Actors and Components will properly translate with the above change, but brushes stay. The brush bounding box will move, but not the brush.
