Bridge MacOS missing ImageProcessor.zip?

I’m trying to use Bridge for the first time (bad time to get into it, I know), and the bridge app I downloaded from the site today isn’t able to export downloaded assets to Unity. Looking at logs, it looks like it’s trying to find a support file called ImageProcessor.zip, which looking in the app package contents, doesn’t exist.

The error from the log:

{"error":{},"level":"info","message":"Error unzipping /Applications/Bridge.app/Contents/support/python/mac/ImageProcessor.zip Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/Applications/Bridge.app/Contents/support/python/mac/ImageProcessor.zip'","timestamp":"2024-11-22T20:03:41.262Z"}

Anyone know of a workaround (or have a copy of ImageProcessor.zip on MacOS they’d share)?

@justinross1 This issue requires additional information for troubleshooting. Please submit a support ticket using this web form.

That support form won’t submit. I fill in everything, attach my log file (renamed to .txt, since it won’t accept .log files, which it probably should), then hit Submit, and it just sits there. Browser console shows a 500 server error.

/edit: nevermind, I finally received an email. Looks like the page just handles the response poorly.

Same for me, it’s indeed missing
I installed the Windows version in Parallels, and it’s present there
This problem makes the MacOS version unusable :confused:

Hello! @justinross1 @itsmygam
First of all, please note that we are working on .log files not uploading. However, you can still drag and drop .log files to attach them.
Secondly, we are actively investigating the Image Processor issue in mac. In the meanwhile, we have created a manual for you which should help you get through this issue. Please follow the steps below:

  • Ensure that Bridge is not running.

  • Download and extract the ImageProcessor.zip file.

  • Navigate to you Megascans Library > Support > Utils and place the extracted “ImageProcessor” folder in the Utils folder.

  • Now run Bridge again and try exporting.

Hope it helps!
