Brick Displacement Issues (Brick Pop)

Hello All,

I am trying to produce a building with really high quality bricks that pop out or at least look that way its a small 2 storey building with 4 sides and not just a flat one side plane.

I have tried a parallax method which does a good job but not great and the corners just do not look quite right.

I have tried Tessellating the mesh in 3Ds max so there is more poly density but then becomes too poly heavy even with Nanite its still needs quite high poly meshes so the dense mesh can keep good looking results.

I have followed these videos in the past but just cant quite get what I want from them.

I wondered what the best method for Displacement was using Adaptive Tessellation to produce bricks that pop out for a small 2 storey building.

So the mesh would gain more density when a camera was closer and keep its shape but from a distance its less demanding?

If anyone has any tutorials videos or info It would appreciated it or finds a great solution to this by a combination of these videos please feel free to share.
