Brand Settings review blocking onboarding (no response after 20 days)

Hello,

I’m looking for guidance regarding a Brand Settings review that is currently blocking my Epic Games Store onboarding process.

I opened a support ticket 20 days ago and have not received a response. I also posted twice in the relevant Epic forums but received no guidance, so I’m trying here in hopes that someone can clarify the requirements or direct me to the appropriate team.

My Brand Settings submission was rejected because the official domain allegedly does not display sufficient publisher or application information.

However, the website already includes the game’s branding and description, developer/publisher name, link to the game’s existing store page, privacy policy and clear information connecting the product, publisher, and domain

The rejection did not specify what information was missing. I am willing to update the website and resubmit, but without concrete feedback I do not know what needs to be changed.

Does Brand Settings require any specific information beyond the items listed above, for example, a legal company name, physical address, contact details, domain ownership verification, or a dedicated product page?

Could someone from the Epic Games Store distribution or onboarding team please clarify the requirements or advise how to escalate an unanswered support ticket?

After 20 days, this unresolved review is still preventing me from continuing the onboarding process. Any concrete guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Case number (submitted on July 2) is #25633227

Thank you
Daniel
