Box colission with staticmesh not working.

I just started the first person map template and added 1 actor blueprint to the map. It’s a blue cube and with a box collision.
In the blueprint you can see i make the cube spin with a eventick.

In the standart first person map map there are white cubes that you can shoot and then fly away. I want to make it so that when i shoot a white cube in the direction of the blue cube and hits the boxcollider then the cube stops spinning.
