Bought UE5 Content off Epic Games store, but now after I bought it, the items are "unavailable" plz help

I bought 2 items off the epic games store for my game and they are now both coming up as unavailable. I can’t add them to my game and I spent 27$ that now has gone to nothing. Plz help

It probably will be available by the time I write this… But just restart the Launcher.

  1. Exit Launcher

  2. Open the windows task manager, you will find another background Launcher process, kill it.

  3. Restart the Launcher as normal.
