Boolean Modifier apply to imported static mesh

I have imported a static mesh from a fbx file, can I put a Boolean Modifier onto it, just like those 3D shapes created from the Motion Design tool, and then add a Boolean Intersect to “clip it”?



Yes you need to first add a “Dynamic Mesh Converter” modifier to have that static mesh be represented as a dynamic mesh. Then you are able to add those geometry modifiers you want.
