Bones Rotated 90 Degrees In Imported Blender Animation

Hi guys, I’m trying to import an animation I made in Blender of a model I made, but when it gets imported the legs are rotated 90 degrees for some reason.

Here is an image of the issue.

When I took a look at the bones that are having the issue, there doesn’t seem to be any difference between them and other bones in the armature. The arms animate properly. There is also IK on the calves, but I made sure they were set up properly.
