Bones dont rotate and are in the wrong position (Fbx)

I tried to import it in different ways and changed the settings but it seems to not work, they don’t rotate and are way to high up but the movement back and forth is correct

Hello there @NiHermes!

Given that the pose looks correct in the screens, yet only the swords are wrong, I think the problem could be on how the swords are connected to the model in Blender, specially considering you already tried mutliple import settings.

Start by reviewing how the swords are attached. Select one, and check its relation under object properties. If its parent is set to a bone directly, then the sword isn’t being deformed by the armature, and its animation may not export correctly. Try clearing that parent, apply all transforms on the sword, and give it a vertex group with the exact name of the bone that should hold it, with all its vertices with a weight of 1. Add an armature modifier to the sword, pointing to your model, and join it with the body mesh before exporting.

Also, there’s one export setting that comes to mind for extra checking, “Only Deform Bones”. If it’s enabled, please make sure your sword bones are marked as “Deform” in their bone properties. If they are not, they won’t be included in the transfer.
