Around a year and a half ago I did the workflow of Motive to Unreal Engine and it was very straightforward and all I had to do was set the live link pose to the current pose in an ABP (I used the Simple Manny SK).
Right now, I’m severely struggling because the bones are very deformed and twisted. I am sure this is because of bone orientation as in Motive, it’s Y-axis Up. In UE5, it’s Z-axis Up. However, when I change the streaming settings to make it Z-axis Up in Motive, it also changes the UE5 axis to X-axis Up. I am very confused on what I can do. I looked into IK Retargetting but the documentation was confusing me. Any help would be appreciated.
