Bone Transformation not working in standalone mode

I have a control rig setup which works flawlessly in Editor mode. But it does not seem to work in the Standalone mode or in the Packaged build.

Vehicle Anim instance uses Bone Transformation node which gets the transformation details on press of keys.

Should i be doing it in a different way to get it working ?

I have the exact same problem with control rig. Did you find any solution?

UDP: Packaging the project worked for me.

Hi can you please be more specific about the packaging that helps you, I tested developement and shipping build configuration, but neither helps
