Bone stretching in phat

when we imported our character from 3ds max to unreal engine and setup a physics asset for that , we face this problem of stretched bones(image).
we have used the ue3 official character rig.we imported the character to engine and we have no problem but when we applied it’s rig to our character , this problem occured.
please help me to fix it.
