I have been playing around with the Physical Ocean from the marketplace and tuned it quite a bit to enable all physics based boat dricing on it.
The boat can go at high speeds and has sway resistance, lift and so on modeled with physics forces.
Buoancy itself is from the marketplace asset and modified here and there.
The entire water simulation is quite some nice thing to play around with. Good fun!
