Blurry widget images when using user interface material

I am having troubles getting sharp widget images to render in UE5.
I’m using a “user interface” material domain.
I have changed compression settings to be UserInterface2D.
Texture/material quality is on cinematic.

My material is set up as shown bellow.

Below is how I want it to look.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong here, any help would be appreciated.

Right click on your texture and at the top go to sprite actions and do apply paper 2d settings.
